Selection exercises in progress

JAC introduced its revised selection policies and procedures on 31 October 2006. Full details can be found in our how we select pages.

Prior to 31 October selection exercises were run under the transitional arrangements agreed between the JAC and the then Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA), now Ministry of Justice (MoJ).

All the procedures used were in accordance with the requirements of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 that established the JAC.
