This complaints procedure sets out what to do if you are not satisfied with the way your application has been handled.
Conflict of interest rules (PDF 0.03Mb, 3 pages)November 2006. JAC is committed to maintaining the independence, fairness and objectivity of its decisions. These rules are designed to ensure that any potential conflicts of interest for Commissioners involved in judicial selection decisions are identified and managed, and that there are clear policies to guide them.
Definition of disability
The Disability Discrimination Act sets out the circumstances in which a person is 'disabled'. The JAC uses this definition for its selection processes, and it is referred to in application monitoring forms for judicial vacancies.
