Recording the selection process
The JAC audio records part of the selection process including interviews, telephone assessments, role plays, situational questioning and presentations.
This ensures there is an accurate, verbatim record that the JAC can use for quality assurance and reference if there is found to be an issue at a later date.
The JAC stores recordings on a secure digital platform for 12 months after the exercise completes and are then destroyed. Access is available to panel members, JAC Commissioners and staff only. The JAC does not share the recordings with candidates.
